- Use the camera to scan the equipment label or serial number
- The app identifies the model and retrieves parts, manuals, and availability
3. Account Management
- Update your email or password anytime from Account Settings
- Saved searches and favorites sync securely with your HVACKER account
4. Troubleshooting
- If scanning fails, ensure the label is well-lit and clear
- Confirm camera permissions are enabled
- If results seem incomplete, try re-scanning or manually searching the model number
